BODYWEIGHT® KICKSTART. The program for permanent weight loss. With BODYWEIGHT® Training and intermittent fasting 16:8 in combination, we create a permanent weight loss. BODYWEIGHT® KICKSTART is a 12-week program with a complete meal plan including all recipes for every meal. In combination with the diet, you will train with the effective BODYWEIGHT® band training.

You will receive three different monthly programs in app format for iPhone and Android, as well as formats you can print out. In addition, you will receive a progressive program in Power Walking for three months. Every week you will also receive "Weekly Challenges". After the 12-week program, you will receive three communications per week (diet, training, and motivation) for an additional 3 months, so the total program lasts for 6 months.
